To initiate a project, we request a 50% deposit upfront. The remaining balance is due before we deliver the final files to you. We offer various payment methods including credit/debit card, ACH transfer, check, and PayPal. Please note that credit/debit card and PayPal transactions are subject to a 3% processing fee.

If not, we'll set up a quick call to gather more details about your project. Once you approve your proposal, a 50% deposit is required to kick off the project. We’ll then have a brief onboarding call to align on creative direction and complete any necessary pre-production work like scripting, mood boards, scheduling, and casting. After these are approved, we lock in a production date. The first edit is usually ready within two weeks after filming. Once you approve the edit, we finalize the video with services like sound design, color grading, and audio mixing. In most cases, we also create a custom thumbnail and export multiple aspect ratios for social media. The final 50% balance is due just before we deliver your downloadable files.
